Abbey of Regina Laudis in Bethlehem, Connecticut, to make cheese with the infamous cheese nun-Mother Noella Marcellino.

My mother read an article about her (about the time when she studied in France - my mum lives near where she studied, apparently). When she told me about it I started bouncing and saying "Yes, I know of her from Phatmass!"

That needed some explanation.

Apparently she's the only one outside of France who can make certain cheeses. Others weren't allowed to bring the bacteria or couldn't keep them alive.

Why are you all spelling cheese with dots in, by the way? :hehehe:

Because dUSt has a program set that will turn c-h-e-e-s-e into "coagulated milk" whenever you type it.

I should check that one out - making cheese and not eating it in the process might be penance enough. :cheeese: :saint:

Just put a forum tag between any of the letters.

I have watched the video, but the product kind of made me sick. I really love their habits!
