The bishop and I are good friends.
Miles Jesu is an eclesiastical approved for the laity. It is similar to a sense of RegnumChristi, where they except consecrated men and women (familes,) and then have celibate community members. It is through these members that are int he work place, parliement, etc. that we can help people recongnize theCatholic faith.
The sometimes God calls a celibate community member to a higher calling, to become a Miles Jesu priest.

Actually it sounds kinf of like Communion and Liberation in the set up,. They have consecrated lay men and women (Memores Domini), and normal lay people (single/married), but then they also have an order of priests (Priestly Fraternity of St. Charles Borromeo) and I think an order of religious Sisters in Italy.
