I study Mandarin Chinese and I want to spread the Good News in China and Taiwan. I will probably remain laity (I'm engaged), but as I'm still young... who knows what will happen.
I want to spread the real faith, not some kind of watered-down thing, or join anything that focuses on temporal concerns to the exclusion of heavenly ones. Helping the poor and sick is wonderful, but if you don't tell them about Christ and His Church, you haven't done them any good!
I'd like to know if there are any good orders or organizations doing Asian missionary work? Even if they are vowed religious only, I bet I can contact them to find out how laity can participate.
Thanks for your help. :D

The Jesuits have been present in Asia since the 1600s. And they're very open to lay cooperation movements.
