I could add that i have applied to be a diocesan seminarian and that things are looking like they will happen (but not the final word yet)

Eh, I haven't gotten my final word yet either. Still have a few more hurdles to clear, but I'm optimistic.

Awww...it sure is going to be lonely around here ....two more years to go....

This is a great post, because I can print it out and have all the sisters pray for those discerning, and entering. (Not to mention the wonderful parents they're leaving behind!)

They might be leaving, but just think of how many new discerners their prayer and sacrifice will probably bring to phatmass!!

I will not be on here during novitiate, but may return occasionally when i am in the seminary...

FWIW, my heart doesn't often beat properly. It's usually non clinical, so my cardiologist is hesitant to diagnose because he doesn't want the future 'stigma' on me. I will pray for you that yours is just as benign. BTW, mitral valve prolapse and other irregularities are common in women, for whatever reason. Hormones? God bless you

I believe that jgirl, Lillabett and Sixtina are all three planning on entering the SSEW on the same day, which happens to be the same day that HiddeninHisHeart is also entering OLAM 45 miles away.

I will still be here. But my brithday is July 19th thought it was neato to see all the vocations that will be entering the same week.

It is so awesome to have so many people on the Phorum answer God call. But since many of them will not be posting as often we need to go recruit more people, I noticed there a lot people on the Phorum who never enter the Vocation section. We need to reach out to those people, especially some of the younger people who hang out in the Creepy Aliens section of the Phorum.
