Well, I can't go for the whole week (stupid work) but Sister Mary-Catherine talked to the Mother Superior for me, got her to consider my application after the app date had passed, and admit me to the retreat for 2.5-3.5 days, depending on when I get get away from work.

I'm excited but scared. I really wish I could be there for the whole week!!

Does anyone have any experience with the Sisters Of Our Lady Immaculate? Don't we have a phamily member in formation there?

I really wanted to go to the retreat as well especially since I am only 30min away but I am out of the country from Mon to Thurs
I would really like to hear about your experience though. You will be in my prayers!

I can totally conmiserate(is this even a word?!?) with you about work...I am so low on the totem pole...that I am unable to get any significant time off until October ( yes, I've yipped about this before on phatmass!) & I am going to try to visit 2 different communities then too...2.5-3.5 days are still good though & yes, a week would be even better, but we will take what we can, huh? I am not familar with these sisters, but I have heard of them before...
