In my future preparation for the priesthood, it looks as though I may be attending the school of theology at St. Meinrad, IN. Does anyone know if they are orthodox or if seminarians wear the cassock there?
Thanks!
God Bless!

Oh my gosh! My monk friend goes to seminary there!!! Hes actually home at St. Leo's abbey for the summer but hes going to teach at UND for a month or so. If you want I could give you his number and you can talk to him. He just finished his first year of seminary!

One of my very good friends is a seminarian there. He's orthodox. Don't know about the cassocks ... I don't remember there being cassocks when I visited a few years ago.

I spent a weekend their a couple years back. Very beautiful. From what I hear, it's not the most orthodox, but it's not atrocious either. I live in the Diocese of Lafayette in Indiana, and know a couple of priests who went their.
I'm more of Josephinum guy myself.

But you know if they did, he'd wear one...
