I came accross this community from a blog link -they look GREAT! How exciting! It looks like a renewal community of the Notre Dame sisters. They were founded in 2000, and have beautiful habits and young happy sisters!

I live in these sister's diocese. Unfortunately, this website has not been updated for about 4 or 5 years. Two of the novices left, and one of the sisters made first vows. So they only have 2 sisters, as far as I know. They may have new sisters, but I heard they were having some trouble. Keep them in your prayers.

I used to read the blog of a girl who was a postulant with these sisters. She left, and was torn between re-applying for entry and pursuing her vocation in a different community. Then she shut down her blog, so I couldn't find out anything more about these sisters. That was a shame, as I liked reading about the community - they have such a beautiful charism. It matches their name.

Is the blog still available and she has just stopped posting, or is it gone entirely? if it is still there, I would love to read it. I have been in some contact with Mother Sharon Mary, and she is a lovely, lovely woman. She is so committed to preserving the beautiful traditions that the Church has given to Her religious. Her fervour is really inspiring!
