THANK THE LORD. Sorry, I have really needed something like this. I had a little chart thingie but it was about 200 years old (not really) and most of the orders on it dont exist any more, and all the ones I want to look up now are too new for it and... well you get the point. I think it should be pinned, and people could add to it if they had more.
