I, er, *cough*, am discerning with the Servants of the Lord and the Virgin of Matara (don't hit me, I still love St. Dominic ). Actually, I'm in the convent now. But they'll kick me out at 7AM tomorrow so I don't think it counts

i want to stress how helpful and important it is to be concise and only post in this thread if you are requesting an add or update. we have a lot left to do and it's only wasting time having to read through comments that are irrelevant.

Have been discerning with a few, just never posted here on this thread. I am going to visit the Cristo Rey Carmelites in San Francisco and then the Menlo Park Cloistered Dominican nuns at the end of the month and then the Carmelites of Springfield, Missouri in early July.

I wanted to give everyone an update about where I'm at in my vocation. I have been accepted into the Carmelite Monasteryof the infant Prague in Traverse City, Michigan!!! My entrance date will be October 1, 2008 at 10am!!! Please keep me in your prayers as I continue on my journey!!!

Finally - I´m a consecrated virgin now - it was great liturgy, beautiful mass, lovely talks, deep experience. Everything seems to have changed - but it hasn´t, well, not really... I´m just so happy!
