I've written an article on the Catholic stance on gay marriage and adoption for the Cambridge student press, to counter some inaccurate coverage about our beliefs that appeared there in the last edition. In my response, I tried to focus on personal fulfilment and the celibate vocation in general. I want to show that celibacy is not a dustbin for people whom the Church deems unworthy to get marriage.
The newspaper editor has asked me for a corresponding picture to go with the article, but I've got nothing suitable. Ideally I would like a photo of a young person in discussion with a habited religious. (Preferably a young religious, so people can see that celibacy is not just for the ancient and decrepit.) Could someone provide me with such a photo, or anything else that would be remotely suitable? Please leave it in this thread. I need it within the next twelve hours.
