They form such a beautiful kaleidoscope in the Church, neither one better or superior than the other, but each glorifying God in their own special charisms. It is like a rose stained glass window.
All the Holy Founders are so awesome from St. Teresa of Avila & St. Cross of the Cross, St. Francis & St. Clare, St. Dominic, St. Benedict, St. Bernard, St. Francis de Sales & St. Jeane de Chanal, St. Bruno, St. Norbert and soo many others.
This may be somewhat of a pointless topic, as we all know this very well, but I justed wanted to be sure to say this, as I started to feel bad if caused any negative impact in my thread comparing the Carmelites and Poor Clares, and wondering the difference in their solitude. If I did cause any negative impact, I do ask forgiveness
Each charism and different way of life all glorify God in so many unique ways, within the incredibly rich tapestry that the Church is. I love all the orders. I am thinking of so many, I almost feel I have to step back for a while to just pray and let God lead me. Please God, I will soon find the one where I can best serve Him in.
But I just wanted to post a thread in tribute to all the different Orders and in graditude to God for such unique gifts and charisms to all the Orders and ways of religious life within the Church. And for that matter, to all vocations within the Church! Deo Gratias!
