I have a question........could ya'll help me?

I was wondering...what do you do when you've been hit by 10 inches of snow. You've made a promise to go to Daily Mass....but you are not sure you can get to Mass due to the weather....Do you go two times the next day...or risk it not being safe and the possibility of getting stuck or stranded...? What do you do?

Any suggestions would be great,

Allie

God understands that you may not always be able to make it... especially when you are bombarded with snow. It is okay to miss it. It would be good however to read the readings for that day and meditate on them and make an act of spiritual communion. You could even watch it on EWTN if you so desire.

Basically, it is okay to miss because of weather. Don't risk the health or safety of yourself or others. You can go to Mass twice in one day if you so desire, but it is not necessary.

God is an all loving God, I am quite sure He would not want you harming yourself. I agree with futurenun, do some spiritual reading, try and watch a Mass on tv, or just spend some quality time with the Lord. Its not so much the doing a specific thing, it is the being.
