Hey Pham,

The Retreat was awesome!!!! We used the spiritual exercises of St.Igntius of Loyola.
But with a fransican twist, because every one on the retreat, and leading the retreat,
and the retreat house was in some way Fransican. As you can imagine it was pretty amazing!
I had spiritual direction every day and there was Mass every day and we could go in to the chaple,
where Jesus was present, any time. It was called Good Counsil Friary, and there was only one friar there unsure.gif
The grounds were really beautifull. There was lots of space to be by your self with out distraction. It was really really cool!!
If I tried and explained all the Amazing "revalations" that I recieved during meditation. I would never have enough space.
We had 5 hours or more of it every day and I used a whole pen and part of another one during journaling.
But let me just say that the most amazing and beautifull thing I came to understand was this...

The reason any thing is created is to Glorify God. And all things, such as plants and animals,ect... God created to glorify Him and to help us glorify Him. We are the only things On earth that don't always fullfill our reason for exsistance. HE also taught me about indifferance and Spiritual Poverty. We must be indifferant to all things. So that we can decern what will help us to glorify God. We must know when to let those things go when they no longer help us in that. We cant be wanting to hang on to things because then we become "dependant" on some thing other than God and it becomes the center of our exsistance.
I think mother Teresa said some thing like....
True Poverty in not being in need, but it is needing nothing.

Any way these are just a few things and they really struck me.

I prayed for all the Pham especialy those who asked. I hope you all got and get some of the grace I recieved and am still receving.

God bless you all.
