Hello! I was hoping that some of you may know if any of the religious orders/communities/congregations you have contacted offer Perpetual Prayer Enrollments for Families or Individuals. For a gift for my Papa, I am hoping to enroll him or the whole family. Please let me know soon! Thank you much!
God bless,
Bernadette

I think you can do that with St. Joseph's monastery in Portsmouth, Ohio.
http://stjosephmonastery.com/Go to "League of Prayer". Not sure if that's what you're looking for

I believe any cloistered monastery offers that. I know the Pink Sisters do.

I think the Legionaries of Christ might do this? I could be wrong, but I think I got a fundraising letter from them that suggested it in exchange for a free-will offering...

I think you're right about this, and they would probably be a really good organization to go with. They are very good about offering to have Masses said on various solemnities, etc.; LillyofsaintMaria, you might want to get on their mailing list.
Something like this might be what you're looking for:

Thank you! Will look into all your suggestions! And another question concerning the same gift - do any of you know (religious orders maybe?) who offer Sacramental Packages such as the ones found here:
http://www.cukierski.net/index.shtml ? I can't afford what they offer.
Any help much appreciated!
Thanks!

I must be living under a rock, I have never seen nor heard of prayer clothes! Is this a regional thing?
AS to sacramentals, I know that many monasteries make lovely little woven sacramenals. The Dominican Nuns of the Perpetual Rosaary make them with pieces of blessed rose in them. And they don't cost no $13. Wow those prayer clothes are expensive! If you contact me off line, I could send you one.

I just got information from The Central Association of the Miraculous Medal on Perpetual Enrollments. I don't know much about the organization, but it is very inexpensive; for $10 the person (living or deceased) whom you enroll participates in the 2,500 Masses offered annually for their intentions. I'm enrolling someone I know today... it sounds like a good deal! I have also done enrollments with the Society of the Little Flower, which seems to work very well and is fairly inexpensive.
