Wow! Are these recent CFR pictures? I always wonder how many sisters there are now, but they never update their website! Anyone know what the numbers are for novices, temporary, and final professed?

Blessings,

They updated a little bit ago to say they had new postulents, about four for 2007.
the lords sheep
they have 4 solemnly professed Sisters, and are about 19 total (not counting postulants, which I believe are 5)

Are you sure they are a Catholic Rite and not Orthodox? Where are they at?

actually because they are wearing Skufya(little hat) they look like Russian Orthodox Nuns, SOME Eastern Catholic Nuns, especially Studite nuns in Ukraine would dress the same, since they have moved away from the Latinizations of their habit and returned to their original.. but without the Skufya.
no problem having Orthodox Nuns in here..im just sayin'
theses are Ukrainian catholic Studite Nuns, however from Paramasanya and Lviv Region

Cool. I was just wondering because they looked Russian Orthodox or Ukranian to me.

I don't think, it's the same congregation.
These "sacramentarian" capuchines are exclusively contemplative and are only a part of all the female monateries leagued with the capuchine order.

These are some of their addresses, but there are also more monasteries in Mexico, another one in Africa and a new foundation in Brazil, I think it is near the city of Manaus, on the amazon river, but I’m not certain.

Other monasteries of poor clare capuchines exist all around the world but they are not "sacramentarian"

There are 13 or 14 observances of the Poor Clare Spirituality world-wide.

We don't have Capuchin Sacramentines here in the U.S.

If someone wants to google "Poor Clare Observances," you'd be able to find the list of which I have spoken.
