I don't know how to explain it, but I feel like the coming batches of priests and religious here in America are going to be top notch. Does anyone else get that feeling?

I've got 8-10 Cloisterite aspirants about to converge on our NC aspirants' house for our first gathering. I've also had nibbles for our proposed active community.

Does that count?

The Church seems to be shaking off a lot of the lukewarmm "Catholics," so that would not surprise me.

Absolutely! I completely agree!! There are three of us that have applied to enter the IHM's for this September (still waiting to hear!) and a growing group for next September!

And from what I'm hearing, other orders are receiving a surge in vocations also. Praise be to God for that
