Not sure if anyone has heard of this community but they take vocation up to 60 years old, year the traditional habit of the order and offer a desert experience to young and mature women.

They have a beautiful monastery!
Yes the Visitation nuns founded by St.Francis De Sales and St.Jane frances De Chantal take late vocations.There Are several orders that do also,but forgot who.I believe the sisters in Mobile still wear the traditonal habit.monasteries and convents centuries ago used to take late vocations of widows and others.
Why many communities don't so much anymore,I don't know.
I have only heard really good things about this community.
