I do sometimes...it's my favorite on that channel possibly, because it's not all dumbed down recipes but at the same time simple enough to understand, plus it's cool to know about the chemical reactions and the like. It's pretty unique, as cooking shows go...

It's one of my favorite shows. I love it. Feasting on Asphalt is great too (though only a miniseries).

Good Eats is awesome! Alton Brown is just the most amazing thing on the Food Network. His book "I'm just here for the food" yeah, Good Reading.

Alton Brown is Hilarious. Good Eats is a great program. He does a pretty good job for the commentator in Iron Chef America (though I enjoy the Japanese version more thoroughly)

I used to watch Good Eats. Its not bad. Personally I'm more of a cake competition person tho.

Cool - I wonder if he lives in the neighborhood too? I like the show a lot, and he actually TEACHES things instead of just giving you a recipe. He can be a bit energetic and silly for me at times, but its a unique approach that works for the show.

that show is really good for the science behind food. im in culinary school so food network is always on but his show is very factual and helpful
