One of my friends is a friend of their community. If I remember correctly, the order was founded by a layman who is a professor at the University of Steubenville. At least one of his children are in the order (if my memory serves me correctly, he has one boy and one girl there, but I'm not certain about that.)
Someone please correct me if I am in error... I could be getting mixed up with another group, but I don't believe so........

I'm pretty sure that's Dr. Mark Miravalle. He's a deacon actually at St. Peter's Church in Steubenville. I don't know if he actually founded this order though. Here they have more on their history: http://www.heartsofjesusandmary.org/history.htm
