Today was a long day busy at the barn where I muck stalls, the farrier came to shoe two hyper horses, I know his wife and he mentioned to me she won the "trainer of the year award". So in the afternoon while getting more time for my cell phone I went to the barn where I ride, I was watching a lesson and I told her about what her husband said, she told me she had no idea what I was talking about. So I go on watching the lesson no really paying any attention, but I have a tendency to 'try to help' and I said made a suggestion to her student and suddenly the trainer started to yell at me. I left.
I have to admit I was quite bitter, I started to pray to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and just saying Jesus, then I kept looking at a picutre of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, several hours later the trainer called to apoligize, I apoligized also.
Mom overheard me speaking on the phone and asked me about it, I told her and she was happy that things worked out.

So what was bad situation is now good and I am looking forward to having my lessons.

Thank you Sacred Heart of Jesus, thank you! caption_iluvu.gif

you might want to edit your post so it says "Sacred" instead of "Scared". if it won't let you, i will edit it for you. smile.gif

Whoops, I am always doing that, ummm yeah can you correct my post that be great!

This was the second time I prayed to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and a reply was giving in good.
The 1st time a boarder at my weekend stable assignment was very upset because the people who own the huge power equipment came and her horse is very spooky, she had a show the next day and needed some ride time.
Of course I was upset that she was upset and as I was changing I pulled out my prayer card and prayed it.
She was waiting for the guys to leave, but they were inflating the huge tires of the dump truck. So she thought to go get her trailer's tires inflated and I asked her to ask the guys to do it, after some time she did and they inflated her tires, and she was very thankful to them and was all smiles and all. I was so glad that things worked out.
I even ended up giving up that prayer card to another boarder. God is so good!

Jesus and Mary, I love and trust in you, please save all souls!

What a beautiful topic!
Prayer is the most powerful force on earth because it is of God! pray.gif

That doesn't mean that all our prayers get answered the way we want, but every prayer gets answered, and always for the good of our soul.

You alone are the Holy One
You alone are the Lord
You alone are the Most High, Lord Jesus Christ
with the Holy Spirit in the glory of God the Father.

Blessed be God forever. pray.gif

I love God, he knows I am to small for big tasks so I do the big tasks in small steps. I like small prayers. I woke up one morning and said "Jesus and Mary, I love and trust in you, please save all souls" and that has been my favorite since.
http://www.xanga.com/ADiscerningSoul You can read here about what happened to me last night, it was one moment so OMG!!! LOL
I know not all prayers get a reply that we may like, like the time I was praying to get the darn drain at work fixed, it went from cleaning the 'p' trap to tring to fix a leak- a big one, well I was at my wits end, I wanted to cry but didn't, but my boss sent me home, the next day I go in, he fixed it mostly, now only a few drops still come out. He told me that my heart was in the right place and that is what counts. I like this boss- he is chanallgeing(sp?) but also kind.

Anyway.

Kayla!!! Where you been girl? Good to hear from you.
