I have recently joined this wonderful group, Opus Angelorum, in which one spiritually adopts a seminarian, priest or Bishop. Every June you recieve the name of another priest, etc to spiritually adopt.
I decided to do this because it seems to me, isn't this so important?? I hope many of you will decide to adopt a seminarian, priest,or Bishop. This will be someone specific to pray for, sacrifice for, etc. I think this is very imporant in an age when attacks on priests are non-stop. Just think: no priests no Jesus in the Eucharist!!

Have been doing this for the past three years or so, and it's brilliant. I'm toying with the idea of setting up something similar in the diocese where I live.

Go for it! We've been in a ministry like this for a lifetime. Your "pray-ee" may not even know it, but as "pray-er" you sure will feel the difference. Be free to PM for questions. God's blessing on your plans!
