Poor Clares arrive on St. Clare's Day!
St. Clare must be pleased. The community of Poor Clare nuns arrived on St. Clare's feast day and took up residence in St. Joseph House, just across the street from the Atonement church and school.
Sr. Grace Marie, Sr. Rose Marie, Sr. Elizabeth Marie, Sr. Mary Peter and Sr. Marie St. Clare become official Texans.

This is amazing. Now, there will be room for more vocations at Hanceville!

I'm going to visit the wonderful sisters when I'm in San Antonio next week.

I am so happy about these sisters. They were an indirect answer to a prayer and God is very very good to send such visible signs of His love.

I'm here in San Antonio on vacation. I plan to visit with these sisters while I"m here. Expect a full report! (hopefully with pictures!)
