I know of this one prayer that I think is really beautiful and helpful for a lot of people. It's a prayer in which God does the speaking. Another catholic said that it was blasphemous because it was putting words in God's mouth. Is it?

After looking at it, it seems to me that this is a reflection written by St. Anthony of Padua, that is intended to be reflected upon as a way of being led closer to God. I do not think it is meant to be a prayer that is vocalized. It certainly wouldn't make sense to use it that way since prayer is speaking to God and these words speak as God.
