Muppet Christmas Carol is awesome! I also love:
Scrooge (the musical, with Albert Finney)
A Muppet Family Christmas
Home Alone (the original and especially the 2nd one)
I started watching The Nativity Story but I missed parts. I have to rent it

All of those mentioned with National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation at the top.

Another vote for National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
Also, a few sci-fi series have good Christmas-themed episodes:
Doctor Who: Christmas Invasion
Star Trek TNG: The Child

All time favorite though is It's A Wonderful Life!!! I went to grad school in the home town of Jimmy Stewert which incidentally is located in Indiana County, PA: The Christmas Tree Capital of the World.

Saw Charlie Brown Chritmas recently...I get all teary eyed when Linus tells everyone the real meaning of Christmas by quoting the Gospel of Luke.
