drop down menu to sign in doesn't work. I had to click on sign up, then click on sign in. Also the drop down menu for my name doesn't work either.

Please pray that my test results from the doctor would come back today and I don't have to wait over the weekend for results. Thank you.

go to goodwill or St. Vincent de Paul and get onesies - seriously so nice to have older onesies that you didn't care if baby had a blowout or something.

diapers and wipes and baby lotion and butt paste (seriously, that's what it is called) and baby wash.

if you live close enough, time for momma to go take a shower or go help do laundry or wash dishes

I wouldn't suggest blankets (6+ years later and I still have baby blankets hiding places), or baby socks or shoes. maybe one nice or cute outfit.

  8. Lil Red added a post in a topic: No Answers From The Doc (Yet)

I went to the doctor's today and didn't really get any answers. I'll be having lab work done tomorrow, and will also be getting some other test results back later this week. Please pray that I receive some answers as to what's wrong with me.

Thanks. I have a feeling it's going to be a tough Lent this year. :(

I'd really love to give up feeling like utter shite for Lent. I can't even focus on Lent when I haven't even been to Mass for 3 weeks.

I've been having a lot of concerning symptoms and general yuckiness for almost 2 weeks. Please pray for me. I've made an appt with a doct (not until next Monday though). So many prayers that my energy level can stay up please and that the symptoms aren't anything serious.

The symphony here does symphony in the park once every summer. It's such a beautiful way to enjoy classical music. They also do a "instrument petting zoo" for the kids to see all the different instruments up close.

About Me

"Idolatry is committed, not merely by setting up false gods, but also by setting up false devils; by making men afraid of war or alcohol, or economic law, when they should be afraid of spiritual corruption and cowardice." --G.K. Chesterton

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their consciences." –C.S. Lewis

"The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking; he can ruin himself with gambling. If he does he is certainly a dam fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog." --G.K. Chesterton

Moral issues are always terribly complex for someone without principles. -Chesterton
