My fruit only goes on top of the yogurt. I think of it as supplementing the flavor of the plain yogurt.

I've had those from kneeling too long on a tilted kneeler when I visited the RSMs. I couldn't get my knees to stay up on it and they don't want you leaning against the pew for support. Very hard on the back AND knees.

I know exactly what you mean, Jazzy & Mater.... that and the klunk! bruises from the kneeler falling from the 'upright' position onto the shins. ouch. Concrete would be horrible, Nihil. Says a lot about what we are willing to do for God, however...
