I've neither read the book nor seen the movie, so it's good to hear what it is able to show and how. It sounds like a really well done story, though I could understand why some people (such as her former sisters) would feel hurt by it. Laudate_Dominum Posted December 2, 2009 Share Posted December 2, 2009 When I was discerning religious life I mainly checked out orders that were renowned in the areas of miniature golf and skee ball. Almost joined an order that was heavily into ping pong and water sports.
