Is he any kin to that "St. Michael the Archangel/Jesus Christ" character? You know, the one who liked to photograph pretty young girls when he wasn't busy with his Son of God duties and presidential runs? (wish I could remember his link!)

Nihil Obstat

I wonder if it's Lionpainter.
Remember him? Guy who said he was the Second Coming, and that his bishop supported him? Then we deleted all his posts? :P

One of the more bizarre pieces of Obama paraphernalia I've seen was a little plaque doohickey I came across in a Hallmark store, of all places. It was emblazoned with Dear Leader's solemn visage, and the message "Repentance Brings Change." It was among black-oriented religious items.

I suppose if I truly repent in sack-cloth and ashes of my Evil Conservative ways, Dear Leader might appear to me in his Mercy, and bestow some of his Change upon me.

Or maybe it means we should repent of having electing Obama . . .

Looks like God uses the Harvard comma.

I'm officially pagan.

[quote] Unresolved ambiguity
The Times once published this description of a Peter Ustinov documentary: "highlights of his global tour include encounters with Nelson Mandela, an 800-year-old demigod and a [inappropriate sexual object] collector." This is ambiguous as it stands, but even if a serial comma were added Mandela could still be mistaken for a demigod.
