I think she is camping on a glacier doing research. She's based out of McMurdo Station (the U.S. base in Antarctica), but I think she is at least several hours away at a research camp. There is communication, but it's limited, and mostly for emergencies. So, I can't ask her if she's seen any one-eyed Dominicans wandering around. Sorry.
