I can only agree with this. As long as you are trying to live in another life, as long as you are wishing away the life you have and longing for it to be different, you will never be satisfied. I think it is realising this that has got me to the point where I can be so calm about the pace of my own journey. Don't get me wrong, I do still desire to be back in Carmel as soon as I can be, but I absolutely accept the time it is taking and believe that the slow pace, while presented to me as being SrMJ's pace, is truely God's.
