so, we've been discussing a phatmass meet-up over in the lame board. I want to know how many of you would be interested in coming...only those over 18 allowed to vote.

I would say DC is the southernmost point I would be willing to travel to, though Pittsburgh is probably the westernmost so not too much different

FWIW....

1) If this thing is going to be in Pitt, I am sure Ardillacid and I could taxi people around. I am sure some would drive in, but I don't want to speak for them.
2) http://www.motel6.com/reservations/motel_detail.aspx?num=4546 This motel 6 is nice and is currently $60/night double occupency. There have not set their rates for 2012, and we could (if we agreed on this motel) inquire about a group discount.
3) For those who are more financially strapped, or who like me (yeahright); I have permission to open up our house to everyone. You might get a bed, you might get a couch, you might sleep on the floor. But it's free. The only downside is I live there.
4) Shea knows a lady who does a tour of the eateries in the strip district. If we are interested, I could inquire....
5) There will be a pirate game, if we wanted to go. The pirates will be losing to the Astros, I believe.
6) If Pitt is a go, maybe we could do something with our phatmass phriends at Stubie? iono
7) Also there is a relics museum.chapel that has 5000 relics, we could find a perpetual adoration chapel...

just some thoughts....

That's memorial day weekend :) woot. I'm game. Me got car. Me can drive. 6.5 hours ... no sweat :)

(I thought it was farther away the 1st time I posted ... 10hrs. But 6.5 ... that's like me driving up to Massachussetts. No problemo.)

Yes, I am absolutely game!!!!!!

Though if this is going down for real, I'll get back to you on how I'm getting there. It's Memorial Day weekend, after all. God willing, B and I will probably make the drive up from Clayton (or Long Island, idk).

But if not, we should totally ride together. Or the three of us could go.

But yesssssss. Edited by MissyP89
