Vee... come to the white side :-P I met and went out to eat with my parents tonight after visiting my granddad (who's in the hospital and could use prayers, if you've got some to spare ) to talk to them about my retreat. They new I was going and more or less what stage I was at, so they weren't terribly surprised. They did, however, surprise me. Mom has been becoming increasingly resistant to it, but tonight, she just listened and willingly accepted. She definitely still has reservations, but only time will make those completely go away. In an unrelated note (clearing this up for DS), I turned in my 2 weeks notice for one of my part-time jobs on Friday. This both had nothing to do with discernment and everything to do with discernment... I just need time in prayer, time to not be exhausted everyday from trying to be a full-time student, near full-time employee, and be super involved at St. Tom's.
