This obviously would not be a problem. In fact, if the person were grotesque in some manner, it might actually dampen the sexual appetite, thus having a salutary effect.

The problem is, even if I have an unattractive roommate, my roommate would still have an extremely attractive roommate. So the moral dilemma still exists.

since acttriveness is a very subjective thing on that basis alone i would not make that decision.
