Does anyone else hate t.v. ? I suspect it's the leading cause of a possible increase in dememntia and alsiemers. I have no scientific proof it's just a hankering. I hate T.V. anyway coz i should be praying,holy rosary,reading the holy word,holy mass,reading an encyclical letter or a work of a saint,or talking with someone. I hate t.v. so much that i wan't off this planet asap.

i don't believe t.v. is a nescisary wonky for believers, unlike say mcdonalds or pepsi or potatoe chips. It is insedious how the devil sucked us in with free to air t.v. and than the pay t.v. option came out. The insediousness of free stuff like t.v. takes away from prayer which is also free or talking with a neighbour,sharing a meal with a friend(though friends cost petrol or public transport fare.) but really surely the price of petrol is far more beneficial than zombifying in front of the box. Possibly it is a nescisary wonky for those outside the faith but what about us,surely not.

and the works of the saints and other modern spiritual works are priceless when you think about it coz you pay X amount of money for it and than you can write in the sleeve 'don't leave on shelf gathering dust pass it on' and start a cyclical cycle of free jesus'.

lol, I work in television as a part time job and part of my schooling was devoted to learning how to write for television. Some of my most inspiring moments were because of something that I saw on TV.. I started learning the piano after watching a Canadian documentary on the life of Glenn Gould and I also experienced the first sparks of my potential call to religious life after seeing a news story about a nun helping the poor.
Come on, it's not ALL bad.
