Tomorrow I'm starting a novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help. While I initially thought of this because of myhusband's upcoming interview, I wanted to extend that and pray for any intentions you have, too. There's a shrine to Her nearby, and so sometime during the novena I will go there and put the petitions before Her. So list intentions here or PM me.

Could you please pray about my thyroid levels. I recently had them tested due to a certain medication I'm on making it probable that it would affect normal function. It turns out that I've had symptoms of hypothyroidism for several years and it runs in my family, but I was always tested in the subclinical range. Now, I am officially out-of-range due to the new test results. It probably means I will have to have my T3 tested (T4 came back normal) and start on thyroid medication. I'm really not surprised as pretty much everyone on my mom's side has it and my sister and dad have it as well. I'm just worried what this is going to cost.
To that end, please pray for my job search. I still have not heard back about the results of the interview so I am going to call tomorrow.

Please pray for me. I had argument with a friend over "gay marriage" and she ended up really really hurting me (she might as well have put a Knife into my heart!) . This was a month ago so you can see how deep the wound was. Pray that I can overcome the hurt I feel and be able to give it to Christ because right now I still feel deeply hurt and to make it worse I saw her last night and had to avoid her which was supper awkward. Please pray that she will be converted too because if I remember correctly, she was baptized catholic.

Thank you for praying about my job interview. I finally heard back from the company today and I wasn't selected. Needless to say, I'm upset but I kind of understand because I have not been feeling well lately. I just got my doctor's opinion on the thyroid levels and she is starting me on Synthroid, B-12, and Vitamin D. I'm hoping this works because I don't have much energy at all.
