Yup. My brother's friend is one of the personnel managers at my local Tops grocery store. He had her look for my application and she contacted me right away. Got an interview tomorrow.
Its gonna be razzle dazzle.

I Googled "nose rings" so I could make some snappy remark, but all the pictures were of women! My goodness! I didn't know nose rings were a woman thing! Slash has got to get with the program...

they are inappropriate for a job interview.
As a matter of fact, it is recommended that no earrings, nose rings, or any other types of rings should be worn in an interview. Jewelry should also be kept at a minimum...Also, no perfume either... you want the concentration on you...not your nose ring.
Of course, this can depend on where you are applying...
