Ima Lurker Posted August 24, 2013 Share Posted August 24, 2013 Well hang on a second, I feel REALLY good after watching a good chick flick (like, "Decoy Bride" for instance), so feelings are good. BUT, what is being discussed is more than just a feeling, right? Like when Fr. Hardon said he could hardly believe he had the power to call God to the altar (he "felt" inadequate) but knelt at his first Mass after the Consecration and whispered to himself, "Credo." He didn't "feel" it, for him, it was an act of pure faith. But the change, the mark on his soul as a priest, was still there. His talks are available on cds... I loved them!
