Is there one of these that is Caldean but Dominican? I seem to remember meeting someone who mentioned that (I could have totally imagined it though)

I believe you are talking about [url="http://www.phatmass.com/phorum/user/7418-mandykhatoon/"]MandyKhatoon[/url] who was of Chaldean rite and entered the Daughters of Mary Immaculate Conception which is a Chaldean community based in Farmington Hills, MI. She thought she was called to her own rite, but was always attracted more to the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist. She entered the DSMMEs about a month after she left the Chaldean community. :)

I think she must have just made first vows! I was looking at the DSMME's website and one of the first professions is Sr. Rose Mariam.
