You guys should put plaques all over the place for him. The place he was born, the house he grew up in, the place he lived while he was studying law, the place where he puked for the first time after drinking too much, the place where he bought his first drugs...

I was thinking an entirely different kind of plaque. One that would make perfect sense, given the context of the sentence.
