No Girls Allowed

At the Mass I lectored at yesterday, both the altar servers were girls.  We had a visiting priest.  He wanted to incense the altar at the beginning of Mass.  He was trying to brief the altar servers, one of which stated that the censor was too heavy for her to carry in procession (I understand, she was very young and small, so I ended up carrying it).  So, physical strength for some of the liturgical duties is a valid concern here.
