Receiving more than one papal blessing parchment for the same occasion?

I have a priest friend celebrating a special anniversary. As a surprise I was going to get him a papal blessing parchment. But on such special occasions, surely sometimes people end up with more than one? I mean, surely a lot of people get the idea that it is good to give these out on major occasions like 25th anniversary of ordination, wedding etc.

My questions are

> Has anyone ever received more than one of these for your special occasion ? What did you do with the extra ones?

> Do they have twice as much blessing if you get two?

> Is there any way to stop people getting more than one for the same occasion? Like, when they register a request for a papal blessing parchment, for e.g the wedding of Mr X and Mrs Y at ABC Church Parish, Smalltown, do they stop the 2nd and 3rd  requests from their other friends, or does the couple just end up with loads of parchments
