Therese Ivers is a consecrated virgin and canon lawyer. She is doing her dissertation in Rome on the vocation of consecrated virginity (both as lived in the world and in certain monastic orders). She was interviewed by EWTN a few days ago:

I meant to share the interview Huffington Post did with me a few weeks ago and forgot. Here it is, below. She interviewed me for over an hour and was very respectful in trying to wrap her mind around the vocation. As I've shared with friends, I made the comment about Christ not being my "husband" in the context of, "I don't a place setting each night for an invisible man," which made her laugh. I wish she had included more of my comments on Christ as my Spouse and how that informs each of my days, but over all, I think she did a good job.

She also included the beautiful video done by the Catholic News Service. CNS did a special follow up video to say they never expected their video to go viral, it was by far the most watched video they've ever made, and at that point it had 80k views. I'd like to know how many views it has now, several weeks later!
