I think I opened my mouth on purpose and swallowed it. Is this self harm? Is what I did a mortal sin? Or am I just being scrupulous? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you make a habit of it, you need to seek some help. I don’t think it actually rises to the level of mortal sin at present, even if you did it intentionally. It’s not a serious enough item.
