Thank you.  God bless you!

(Some communities seem to be really growing because they are newexciting, and well-known.  Other, older communities, often are not in the lime-light and yet have beautiful charisms, spiritualities and ministries.)

Sr Christina maybe these communities needs to partner themselves to lay groups that helps men and women discover their vocation, that they need to have an active online presence, that they need to open their convents more to discerners in any given day or weekend, that their vocation director needs to connect to groups to find them and most of all encourage everyone to pray for your congragation, a holy hour once a month is a great help

Are you referring to the Serra Club or are there other organizations that you know of?

Yes Sr and various discernment houses located all over like  Also visit universities that has an active Newman communities that sends vocation to various religious yearly like Texas A&M or Florida State. If you can make your presence felt and visit twice a year meeting women in discernment as well as asking for their prayers, that would be good.

If you look at newer communities their vocation directress are busy meeting women discerners, Sr Joseph Andrew OP of Ann Arbor Dominicans has been to various parishes and Newman communities all over. Also their lay partners are active in promoting them like the case of Sisters of Life
