Pax17 Posted April 1, 2018 Share Posted April 1, 2018 Shoe repair store...there are shoemakers who specialize in major alterations (changing heel heights, narrowing boots, etc.) Be sure to show them the boots and discuss what you want before letting any work begin, especially if you think they're suede.
