Moving house - urgent

My current living situation isn't good. I have next-door neighbours who keep me awake at all hours and who have been dumping their rubbish outside my back door when their own bins are full, and my cat has been disturbing the lovely neighbour who lives below me. Yesterday I viewed a nice quiet cottage in a more rural location, on the ground floor, with a garden for the cat and very pleasant neighbours. I'm applying to rent it. Please pray the letting agent approves my tenancy ASAP. Otherwise I will have to find somewhere else for my cat to live, while I am slowly driven mad by sleep deprivation and noise from the people next door, and that would be unfun. :(
