IS IT PERMISSIBLE TO PLAY LIKE PRIESTS?

Peace and good!
As we all know, children like to imitate adults in their jobs.
If little girls play with dolls, giving way to their maternal instinct, little boys tend to play more muscular games, such as fire-fighters or policemen.
However, there are little boys who, because of the deep religious experience of their families and of what they learn at Catechesis, or even before, simply attending church with their parents, prefer to imitate the priests in their liturgical functions.
This happened to me too, I was a teenager and served the altar !!!
Hence there are little boys who celebrate the Mass "playing", though with respect.
For them a cookie makes the altar bread and a glass of water or another drink makes the wine.
Now I ask: is it permissible to let children give vent to their desires, which may determine a vocation, or should we consider this an abuse of functions and repress them?
When I was a teenager, I confessed this "sin", and the confessor did not consider it a fault. I did it alone, in the greatest intimacy.
As a complement I send you links to videos that exemplify cases like these:

Yes, it's allowed as long as the kids aren't making fun of it. I think any child pretending to be a priest because they look up to priests and are interested in Mass is a wonderful thing. I would think it would be a natural thing for a child potentially with a vocation to want to do!

Here's some more cute videos:

One more question:
Should religious items shops (unfortunately, in Portugal, it never seem to be necessary) to sell religious garments and religious implements available, in children's measures, to children, so that they can satisfy their desire to "play like priests"?
Such items must not be available in bazaars and other toy stores, due to their serious specificity.
May Jesus, Mary and Francis bless and keep you!

I personally would discourage girls from pretending to be Catholic priests, lest she develop false hopes about ever becoming one.  Pope St. John Paul II made this pretty definitive and the CDF recently reaffirmed that this is infallible.

As a believer, with all my humility, which is my obligation, I respect what the Popes determine about both the ordination of the ladies and the celibacy of the priests, referring in the latter case to that of diocesan / secular priests because religious obey different rules, constitutions and statutes.
But my personal opinion, and I say that it is purely personal, and for reasons that would not fit in this forum, is that ladies should be able to be ordained and that married men and exemplary parents should be able, provided they have academic qualifications for this, choose a priestly career.
Family support is necessary for parish priests, since they do not live in a religious community, but are among the people.
Here in Portugal it is said that in football and medicine what is true today will be a lie tomorrow.
I would not want to dare to say the same about certain and perhaps absurd determinations of the Church, but let us not forget that the Church, even in its hierarchy, is made up of human beings, and these sometimes fail and do not recognize their failures.
May Jesus, Mary and Francis enlighten us all, bless us and keep us!

It doesn't matter what anyone's personal opinion is as far as women in the priesthood.  Certain teachings are not subject to debate and aren't going to change. It's an infallible teaching of the Holy Spirit that warrants assent -- not just merely teachings or opinions of the popes and human beings. Some things are subject to debate when they aren't infallible, but this is not one of them. Married priests are a discipline that the Church allows for some circumstances and is going to be subject to debate, however, female priests are not.

It is not an easy teaching for many to accept in this day and age, however, even when men walked the earth next to Jesus himself, at times they could not even accept certain things that He said to their face and they abandoned Him and walked away.
