Communion

I heard that you can receive on Sunday as long as you plan on going to confession that upcoming Saturday. Is this true??? Are there any priests on here who know about this?

if you have a mortal sin on your soul, no you can not under normal circumstances.  there are some extreme circumstances when you can receive communion without confession even with a mortal sin on your soul.  although since this is just asking under normal circumstances about going to confession next week, then no, one may not receive communion with a mortal sin on their soul.
