CatherineM Posted January 27, 2019 Share Posted January 27, 2019 When there’s not a definite reference in Catechism, I like to think about sin as something that interferes with your relationship with God or others. For me, overeating isn’t what God wants. It hurts my relationships with people who care about me. I had to actively seek out help for my compulsion to overeat.
