Guest Guest
I have been considering priesthood for a while. But my main concern is if I hsould be a diocesan priest or a religious priest. In a sense, I want to handle a parish, but yet I fear lonliness. But then I look at religious orders where there would be other people, My main question is what are the duties of religious priests? Do they have parishes or do they remain in community, etc. etc.
cappie
I am a Capuchin Friar and the parish priest of a large parish in Sydney Australia. I live in a community of friars that work at different things but meet together for prayer, to eat together, and to discuss things, it is as we say a life of fraternity. I assume you live in the US si the following link will take you to the Capuchin Provence of St Augustine Pittsburg PA. It explains who we are what we do....
